Writing & advocating for marginalized groups is one of my many passions. Sparking discussions and allowing others to understand these issues in hopes of creating a change is so important to me. Thus, began my journey of writing for the young adult column on my island's local newspaper. Soon, I wanted to utilize my platform on social media to inspire that change. I wanted to create a project for myself where I can expand my horizons and help others through my words. Through this thought, Write the Wrongs was created. A project, that I can call my own and continue to develop. I decided that through this project, I will introduce the world to my home while simultaneously encourage individuals on my island to unlearn societal norms and values.
